Physical Rehabilitation Services

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Evaluations are scheduled within 24-48 hours. We can often see you on the same day that you are referred. We encourage you to schedule follow up physical therapy appointments at least one week in advance to ensure a convenient time.
